Marginalised  communities’  survival initiatives  emphasise the need for a more sustainability centred approach to organisational multi-dimensional resilience. Organisations could work on an effective  balance between  shareholder financial interest, employee  livelihood security  and multiple  external stakeholders (community) expectations.
